Submitting an ADA Complaint 

Any individual who feels they have experienced unlawful discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act can submit a complaint at no charge. All complaints can be submitted over the phone by calling (808) 961-8744, via fax to (808) 961-8745, email, place in the email subject line “ADA Complaint” to heleonbus@hawaiicounty.gov, mail to 25 Aupluni Street, Hilo, HI 96720, or in person to 2299 Ho’olaulima Road, Hilo, HI 96720, Monday-Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
