Reasonable Modifications for Individuals with Disabilities
All federally funded public transportation entities are required to make reasonable modifications to policies, practices, and procedures, to avoid discrimination and ensure that their programs are accessible to individuals with disabilities. Transportation entities need not make reasonable modifications if the requested modifications cause a direct threat or safety of others, would result in a fundamental alteration of the service, would not actually be necessary in order for the individual with a disability to access the service or would result in an undue or financial administrative burden.
If you need an immediate modification when you are riding our bus, such as eating a snack for medical purposes, help with depositing your fare, or a minor adjustment to where the bus stops, please ask our driver for assistance.
If you need a permanent or more complex modification which is disability based, for you or a person you represent, please request the modification in advance. You must be as specific as possible and explain why you need the modification to access our service.
