This route operates between Mo'oheau Bus Terminal and either Pahoa/Nanawale or Pohoiki/Leilani Estates. Additional destinations served includes St. Joseph School (limited service), County of Hawai'i Offices at Aupuni Center, Hilo Shopping Center, University of Hawai'i-Hilo, University of Hawai'i-Hawai'i Community College, Prince Kuhio Plaza, Target/Safeway, Walmart/Walgreens/Office Max/Ross, KTA Super Stores/Sack N Save, Pana'ewa Rainforest Zoo, Kulani Correctional Facility, Shipman Business Park, Kea'au, Hawaiian Paradise Park (limited service), Ainaloa (limited service), Hawaiian Beaches (limited service), Pahoa and Nanawale. Three round trips on weekdays and two round trips on Saturday continue beyond Nanawale to Pohoiki, Kalani Retreat Center, Sea View Estates Kalapana and Leilani Estates. This route operates Monday through Saturday.

Limited service on this route is provide to Waiakeawaena Elementary School on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays at 2:20 p.m., Waiakea Elementary School at 2:25 p.m on Monday and Friday or Waiakea Intermediate School on Tuesday and Thursday at 2:25 p.m. and Waiakea High School on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays at 2:30 p.m. On Wednesdays, the bus departs Waiakea High School at 1:20 p.m. and Waiakeawaena Elementary School at 1:30 p.m. This trip continue direct to Mo'oheau Bus Terminal and then continues south towards Pahoa.
Limited service also travels to Nawahi School departing Prince Kuhio Plaza, Monday through Friday at 7:15 a.m., arriving Nawahi School at 7:40 a.m. In the afternoon, the bus departs Nawahi School at 3:05 p.m. after serving Hawaiian Beaches and arrives Hilo at 3:40 p.m.
